DESCRIPTION:TOURNAMENT INFORMATION\nDate: Sunday\, July 19th 2026\, 10AM\nVenue: Cosmopolis Multi-Venue\, Kornos\nFormat: 7 round ‘Swiss’ Rapidplay (RATED Tournament)\nTime Control: 10′ + 3”\nFee: €15 – (Free entrance to titled players and reduce fee for Kaissa Chess Club athletes) \nPRIZES\n\nThe organiser shall award trophies to the best three players of the Tournament.\nIn addition\, trophies will be awarded to the best junior (U12 category)\, to the best youth (U18 category) and to the best female player of the tournament.\nMedals will be awarded to the best three players of each category (open\, women\, U18\, U15 and U12 boys & girls).\n\nCHAMPIONSHIP SCHEDULE\n \nSIDE EVENT\nAlongside the main tournament\, a parallel rapid tournament will take place at the same time and with the same time control\, specifically designed for young beginner players without an international rating.
